Who we are
JP MODE is a small online fragrance shop based at 815 W 2nd St, San Bernardino, CA 92410, United States. We are a direct to customer store. There is no showroom and no middleman - you order from this site and we ship the bottle to you.
What we sell
We sell our own line of perfumes for women, for men and unisex: 100 ml eau de parfum bottles and 20 ml travel sprays. Every bottle is an alcohol based fragrance sold under our own name. We are not an authorised reseller of any designer house, we do not sell secondhand or decanted bottles, and we do not describe any of our fragrances as a version of somebody else's.
How we describe our products
This is the part we take most seriously, so it is worth being plain about it.
Every listing tells you the size in millilitres, the concentration and the fragrance family, exactly as our supplier states them. If our supplier does not confirm something, we leave it out rather than guess. You will not find "lasts 24 hours", "original", "designer" or any medical claim on our listings, because those are things we cannot prove.
Fragrance behaves differently on different people. Skin, weather and how you store a bottle all change how a perfume smells and how long it stays. We would rather tell you that than promise a result we cannot control.
Our photos are of the actual bottle we ship, taken on a plain white background from three angles, with nothing retouched except dust.
Prices
Our prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. What you see on the product page is what you pay for the item. Shipping is added at checkout and is shown before you pay.
Shipping
We ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order and takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is $15.00 and takes 1 to 2 business days. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Because perfume is an alcohol based liquid it travels by ground, so we do not offer overnight delivery. Full details are on our Shipping policy page.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an unopened, sealed bottle. Once a bottle has been sprayed we cannot take it back, because it is a sealed personal care product. If something arrives broken or wrong, that is on us - send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, postage included. Full details are on our Return and refund policy page.
