This policy explains what personal information JP MODE ("we", "us") collects when you visit our store or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our store runs on Shopify.

1. Information We Collect

Contact details: your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number.
Order details: the products you view, add to your cart, buy or return, and your order history.
Payment details: payments are taken by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Account details: if you create an account, your login details and saved preferences.
Messages: anything you send us, such as a support email or a message from our contact form.
Device and usage data: your IP address, browser and device type, and how you move around our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We get this information from you directly, automatically while you use the website, and from the service providers that help us run the store.

2. How We Use Your Information

To take payment, pack and ship your order, and handle returns and refunds.
To answer your questions and send you updates about your order or your account.
To send you marketing email if you have asked for it, and to show you our products in ads online based on your activity on our store.
To protect the store and our customers from fraud and misuse.
To improve the website and the range of fragrances we stock.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our terms.

3. Who We Share It With

Shopify and the service providers that help us run the store: payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support and shipping carriers.
Advertising partners: Shopify helps us show personalised ads through third party services, based on your activity on our store and on other websites. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.
When required: to comply with the law, to protect our rights or our customers, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Our Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes your information in order to provide and improve its services. Shopify may also use information about your activity on our store, together with other stores, for its own features, and it is responsible for your information when it does that. 5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may stop working if you do.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
Ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt out request for that browser.
Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any of our emails. We will still email you about orders you have placed.

To make a request, email us at support@jpmode.shop. We may need to confirm who you are first. You can also ask an authorised agent to contact us for you, with proof of your permission. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. If we turn a request down, you can appeal by replying to our decision, or complain to your local data protection authority.

7. How Long We Keep It and How We Protect It

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our service, maintain your account, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or internet connection is completely secure.

8. Children

Our store is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority where they live. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe your child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed outside the country where you live, including by Shopify and its service providers. Where the law requires it, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Other Websites

Our website links to other websites, such as the carrier's tracking page. We are not responsible for how they handle your information, so please read their own privacy policies.
